FAQ
Najczęściej zadawane pytania
Do you have any questions or concerns before reaching out to me? I hope the following FAQ will help you make your decision.
First and foremost, please know that I’ve seen plenty of clutterin my time. I never judge and always approach each situation with empathy – I understand that clutter can carry deep stories, emotions and experiences. As you’ll discover from one of my blog posts, I’ve been there myself - I used to be a clutterbug 🙂
Remember, my role is to support you in making your space work for you and to ensure the entire process is as friendly and comfortable for you as possible.
1. What services do you offer?
I offer comprehensive space organization, including decluttering, home organization (kitchen, wardrobe, children’s room), built-in furniture planning, and support with relocations. My services are flexible – I can handle the entire process, from decluttering to setting up functional storage systems. I also help with moves, including packing, transportation, and organizing your new space. You’ll find more details in the Offer section. And if you have any needs that aren’t listed, let’s talk! 😊
2. How long does the home organization process take?
The duration of the service depends on factors like the size of the space, the number of items to sort, and whether declutteringu is needed. Organizing a single wardrobe can take a few hours, while a full kitchen or wardrobe organization may take several days. Everything is tailored to your needs, so we’ll agree on a pace that suits you. For complex projects, if you’re in a hurry, I can create a team of professionals (certified graduates of the "Architecture of Order" program) to speed up the process.
3. Do I need to be present during the service?
It depends 🙂. During decluttering, I need your input for final decisions. I can handle the initial sorting, but you’ll need to decide what stays and what goes. Don’t worry, I’ll support and motivate you throughout the process, ensuring we stick to your goals. However, I won’t get rid of anything without your permission. During the organization phase, you can be present, but it’s not required. I recommend being there for the first meeting to discuss your expectations. After that, if you prefer, I can handle the rest on my own while you relax or focus on other tasks. For larger projects, like relocations, it’s helpful to agree on your availability or stay nearby for quick consultations.
4. How does the collaboration work if I’m in another city? Do you offer remote services?
Yes! Many of my services can be done remotely. We’ll discuss everything online, I’ll prepare an action plan and shopping lists, and we’ll schedule virtual meetings to guide you through the process.
5. What are your working hours? Can you provide services on weekends?
I work flexibly – no need to take time off work. I understand that many of my clients have full-time jobs, so I adjust my schedule to fit yours. We can work in the afternoons, evenings, or even on weekends if that’s more convenient for you.
6. What should I do if I have items to donate or sell?
If you have items to donate or sell, I can help you prepare them for sale and guide you on where to donate or sell them (e.g., charity organizations).
7. Can you help me get rid of items I’m unsure about?
Yes! During the decluttering process, I’ll help you decide what to keep and what to donate, sell, or discard. I’ll use proven methods to make the process stress-free. You can always count on my support to let go of what no longer serves you!
8. Can I book the service for just one part of my move, for example, organizing the kitchen in my new home?
Yes! If you want to focus on a specific space, like organizing your kitchen, I’m happy to help. We’ll discuss the details, and I’ll plan everything to make the space as functional and comfortable for you as possible.
9. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the results?
My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied! I put in every effort to ensure that your space is tailored to your needs. That's why it’s crucial that you share as much information as possible about your daily habits and those of your household members during our initial discussions. However, if something isn’t right, please let me know, and we’ll make adjustments until you’re completely happy with the outcome!
10. Do you also offer office space organization services?
Yes! If you want to organize your office or workspace, I’d be delighted to assist you. I provide solutions that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and designed to boost productivity. We’ll transform your office into a space where you’ll enjoy working!
11. Can you help me maintain long-term order?
Yes, I also offer recurring services to help you maintain order over time. After the initial organizing of your space, we can arrange regular follow-up sessions so you won’t have to worry about keeping your home organized.
12. Do I have to buy specific organizational products?
That depends on your needs. If you choose the organization service, I’ll prepare a shopping list of recommended organizational solutions, including details on how each item will be used. We’ll discuss your budget and needs early in the process, which is why it’s important that I have all the necessary information from you at the start. This allows me to select the right products for your space within the agreed budget.
13. Is this service only for people who have a lot of things to organize?
Not at all! Even if you don’t have many items, but your space tends to get cluttered quickly, I can help you create a functional storage system tailored to your needs.
14. What happens after the work is done?
I’ll stay in touch to check how the organization is working for you. If something needs improvement, we can always make small adjustments together.
