The scope of services is highly flexible and tailored primarily to your needs.
Below, you will find an example cost estimate for a decluttering and space organization package.
Please note that the prices provided are approximate, apply to the decluttering and organization of a single room, and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. I prepare each estimate individually, based on the discussed needs and scope of work.
For the BASIC package, the list of organizational solutions and a conceptual description of the room are prepared after the decluttering process. You will receive a new room description with an action plan and a quote for the organization phase. You decide whether you want to implement it yourself or continue our collaboration.
What does the process look like?
SCOPE
2-hour consultation at your location. We will:
- Identify your expectations, challenges and needs.

- Present ideas and inspiration for the space.
- Set a budget for organizational products.
At the agreed date, I will send you a detailed summary along with:

After the decluttering process, based on the remaining items, you will receive via email (on the agreed date):
- A list of organizational solutions.
- A conceptual description of the room.
- An action plan for self-organization.
SCOPE
- 2-hour consultation at your location.
- Preparation of the shopping list within the agreed budget.
- Purchase of organizational solutions.
- Physical and mental support in decluttering:
- categorization,
- selection,
- cleaning the furniture (in the room),
- putting back items after selection,
- Categorization and organization according to the plan.
- Labeling (descriptions, labels).
- Responsible disposal of items:
- for disposal,
- for donation.
- Handling of returns.
- 1-hour remote follow-up consultation – to be scheduled within 21 days after service completion.
SCOPE
PREMIUM bundle scope and:
- Full cleaning of the entire room.
- Additional 1-hour on-site consultation (to be scheduled within 14 days after service completion).
- Additional 1-hour remote consultation (to be scheduled within 30 days after service completion).
- Creation of a task list for the space, divided by household members.
A contract is drawn up for each cooperation.
